A guy comes into the club the other day to renew his 2008 membership. He duly pays his £12 (yes it's gone up £2-first rise for about 5 years!) and then says
'Thanks, can you tell me where the toilets are?'
.....and this is the problem we have.
Approximately 1400 members, where the hell are they all year?
WE NEED YOU PEOPLE TO COME AND PUT BUMS ON SEATS ON A REGULAR BASIS!
We can't survive financially if the members don't come and use the facilities, spend money over the bar etc etc.
So why don't you come?
We need to know what you LIKE or more to the point, what you DISLIKE about the club.
Once we find out what you hate-we can put it right (or try to).
If any of these 'ghost' members are reading this, please tell us why you don't come to the club very often.

hi,not a memeber but would like to say about my visit last week.we were visiting liverpool and as i grew up in woolton in the 50s and 60s thought we would pop in the village club as we havent been in for years.the admission fee is very good value at £1 down our way its £3 for non members.very friendly crowd inside and the duo were very good.thought the mc was very good ,bags of enthusiasum.

my friends and i enjoyed a great night at the club when 'The Copycats' performed- was just a shame there were so few people in the club-think the club should promote more when such acts are on- as i only new about it because i happened to pass the club and saw a written poster in the club window
